Grace Webster

Grace has always had a love of athletics and has enjoyed a wide variety of sports throughout her life. Since 2014, Grace has dedicated her life to becoming a better version of herself and focusing on Martial Arts, CrossFit, Obstacle Racing & Powerlifting. Grace underwent an incredible physical and mental transformation and in early 2020, Grace began her journey into coaching others. This developed into a joy and passion for helping others break through their mental barriers and achieve success.  Grace enjoys competing and ran over 13 obstacle races in 2022 including a half marathon OCR to the summit of Mount Tremblant, QC. In 2023 Grace set the Canadian Women's 110kg weight class Deadlift record for the WRPF and also won 1st place at Fight Or Quit's BBO2 in the 125kg class. Grace is looking forward to continuing her athletic journey alongside her students and growing together.

In 2016, Grace suffered an injury that made it difficult to exercise, and turned to food and alcohol for comfort.  Before she knew it, she had sunk into a deep depression and was relying on unhealthy coping mechanisms in her day to day life. As a mom, Grace realized this was not setting a good example for her kids, and turned to CrossFit to try and turn her life around. She fell in love with the sport and her community and has never looked back.

Grace strives to ignite the fire in new athletes, and beginners who may feel anxious in a commercial gym setting.  It's important to feel welcomed and comfortable while working out, and this is the goal for every class.
